1. Please wait for a confirmation call from the Front Desk staff for all advance appointment payment, because the payment by itself doesn’t confirm your appointment with your doctor.

2. Online payments are refundable only if the hospital is unable to provide the service. No refunds will be issued for patient-related lapses.

3. Our Front Desk team will call you on the registered mobile number up to two times. If we are unable to reach you, the appointment will be considered utilized and the fee will not be refundable.

4. Emergency medical cases will not be provided through Online advance appointments.
